I use for fat loss use 2-3 IU per day, but if you need for both fat loss and muscle growth get 4 to 6 IU per day. Working well.

If you use 1ml of water with the 10iu of GH then 1 tick mark on the pin will equal 1iu.
Normal dosages 4iu/day for men and 2iu/day for women. Used for 20-30 week or longer.
